What is this feature needed for?
We continue to expand the capabilities of the CRM block. This time, we have added the feature allowing to add arbitrary comments to Companies, Locations, Contacts and Assets. Previously, this feature was only available in the Tasks block.
How does this feature work?
Go to CRM. Select the desired block (Company, Location, Contact or Assets). Select the desired company, location, contact or property, go to the Comments tab, and add the required information.
