Tasks Report

The Tasks report template additionally allows to filter data. Using filters by task status, location, contact, property and form, you can make a more accurate selection of data.

Movements Report

In the Movements report, you can view the employees movements for the selected period. This report contains information on start and end date/time of the movement, start/end point of the route, route length and duration.

A consolidated movements report contains the total time of employee movement/stay and the route length for the reporting period.

Visits Report

The Visits report contains a list of locations (waypoints) visited by the employee during the selected period of time. It contains the date/time of arrival and departure from the location. It also contains the total time spent at the location, and the route duration.

The consolidated version of the report contains the number of visits made by the employee for the reporting period.

Timesheet Reports

Timesheet reports are a special type of reports that are generated on the basis of data on the beginning and end of the working day, the time of actual execution of tasks, and information entered by the employee about work breaks. The procedure for the generation of this information by an employee is described in the Profile Tab section of the Zegoal mobile app manual. For this functionality to work, the Zegoal Pro mobile app version 2.04 or higher is required.

At the moment, there are three main types of timesheet reports in the system:

  • Summary timesheet – allows you to conveniently view information on the working time of one or more employees for the selected period – total working time, downtime, number of tasks, utilization.Other - a calculated indicator of other time (downtime, time of movement between objects). It is calculated as the total time of the working day without the time that was spent on tasks and breaks.

Working time - the duration of the working day according to the timesheet from start to end end(time in-time out)

Total time is the sum of all periods of time.

Utilization is a calculated indicator, reflected in%. The ratio of time spent on tasks to total time.

  • Period timesheet – allows you to view information in the context of time periods into which the employee's working day was divided.
  • Events timesheet– allows you to view all the events that occurred according to the timesheet with the employee during the specified time period.

Below is an example of what the generated report looks like.

Mobile Client Events Report

This report contains information about the event, i.e. what happened to the smartphone on which the Zegoal mobile app is installed.

This report contains data about specific errors in the operation of the mobile app. For example, disable/enable GPS, mobile Internet. It also contains information about the smartphone battery level, whether it is charging, whether the mobile app was whitelisted, the version of the operating system, etc. at the time the situation arose. If no such events occur, the report will be empty.
