In the My Tasks tab, the employee can view their tasks for a specific date. By default, the current date is selected.

Using the Filter button, the date can be changed or the period for display can be selected. 

 

 

1. Search for tasks for an arbitrary date:

My Tasks → Filter → Date → Click on the date and make a selection in the calendar → Click the checkmark at the top right

The app screen will display the tasks that have been scheduled to start on the selected date.

2. Search tasks for a period of time:

My Tasks → Filter → Period → Select the start date and end date of the period in the calendar → Click the checkmark at the top right

The app screen will display the tasks that have been scheduled to start within the selected period.
 

 

3. Display all tasks for an unknown period in the past:

All tasks → Filter → Date → Set current date → Click on the checkmark

An employee with extended rights can view their own tasks and the tasks that have been assigned to other employees.

 

If there are no current tasks for the selected date, the tasks window will remain empty.

If the app has no connection with the Zegoal servers (no Internet connection), a notification appears at the top of the screen that the app is running in the offline mode. 

The Search button allows you to find any task, if its properties are known to the user. After clicking the button, enter any of the task properties or any part of a property.

Example. You need to find tasks to be completed at the following address: city of Minsk, ul. Pinskaya, 28. All you need to do is enter "Pinsk" in the search bar and click the button with a checkmark. After that, all the tasks, whose properties contain Pinsk, Pinskaya, etc., will be displayed on the screen.

 

For each task, due date, name, address, and current status of the task are displayed in the form of an icon:

  • Scheduled for Execution 
  • In Progress 
  • Paused 
  • Cancelled
  • Cancelled, Waiting for Files to be Uploaded
  • Completed (Successfully) 
  • Completed, Waiting for Files to be Uploaded 
  • Task Overdue 

 

Hint. While in the My Tasks tab, swipe from the top to the bottom of the screen, this will force refresh the tasks list if it hasn't updated automatically due to connectivity issues.
