1. Settings → Battery → Power Saving Mode → Off
2. Settings → Battery → Power Saving Mode → Advanced Settings → Zegoal → Disable Battery Saver
3. Settings → Apps and Notifications → Advanced Settings → Special Access → Unrestricted Data Access → Zegoal → On
4. Open Zegoal → Recent Apps Menu → Click on the padlock in the upper right corner.
Note: This action will pin the app to the smartphone's RAM. However, if you swipe the app from the Recent Apps menu, its background execution will be terminated regardless of your power saving settings.
