What is this feature needed for?
This feature will be useful for companies where quality control of tasks performed by field employees with the use of notes for correction is carried out.
How does this feature work? General description of the process.
Once the field employee completes the task, it is checked by the manager, coordinator, dispatcher for correctness and quality. When defects are found or recommendations are given, a note is created with detailed comments on what should be corrected. The field employee receives a note related to a specific task in the mobile app and, after the elimination of any shortcomings, sends a photo report.
Creation of Notes
- Go to the Detailed view of a specific task and click the Create Notes button.
2. Enter a name for the note, specify the due date for the note (by default, today's date is set), and enter a description for the note. Press V to submit the note.
